We at supermpo support three installation methods to suit different device types and user preferences. Android users can download our supermpo APK file directly; iOS users can access supermpo through any mobile browser (Safari or Chrome) without needing the App Store; and desktop users can load supermpo in any modern web browser. Some Android phones require you to also grant supermpo permission to access your storage and camera (for ID verification photos). iOS users may see a warning about untrusted developer when first opening supermpo; go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and trust the supermpo certificate. If the supermpo app crashes on startup, clear your app cache (Settings > Apps > supermpo > Clear Cache) or reinstall the APK. If supermpo login fails repeatedly, check that your internet connection is stable, your password is correct, and you have not yet completed account verification (which takes one business day after registration).
Data, permissions, and account security on supermpo
We at supermpo request permission to access your device camera (for ID photo upload during verification), storage (to cache temporary files), and notifications (to send match updates and deposit confirmations). supermpo does not access your contacts, calendar, photos, or other personal files. Your supermpo login credentials are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3; your password is never sent as plain text to our servers. Account verification on supermpo requires a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driving license); we store a masked version of this ID and delete the full image after verification is complete. All transactions on supermpo (deposits, withdrawals, bets) are logged in your account history and available for download. If you lose your device, sign out of supermpo from another device immediately by visiting the Login page and selecting "Sign out all devices" — this will end your session on the lost phone and prevent unauthorized access.
